Electric pressure cookers for large scale and institutional cooking: the Tanzanian experience with a 40L EPC

We would like to thank the Modern Energy Cooking Services programme (MECS) for their efforts to find suitable energy efficient appliances for a large proportion of meals, suited especially to African cooking. We are grateful for the trust to TaTEDO, the appliance (40L EPC) and the opportunity to undertake the large EPC test at our clean cooking centre which will eventually be fruitful to Tanzania and the nearby countries. We really acknowledge and appreciate the guidance and experience shared by Dr Anna Clements, Tanzania Link Researcher for Gamos Ltd, from the MECS team. The close follow-ups and challenging questions simplified the whole process of testing and reporting.
