Introduction of the MECS project to the government authorities at the Regional and two Municipallevelsin Dar es Salaam was made, a positive response on the project noted.Carried out focus group discussions with head of departments of two Municipal Councils of Ubungo and Kinondoni in Dar es Salaam, ward and sub-wards leaders of six wards and lobby for their involvement in the ongoing interventions.
